  I haved lived here 5+ years, through a slew of owners/managers. The current owners have made lots of improvements. Shelly is the best manager we have had. She is not only friendly but extremely helpful & makes it much more pleasant to live here.

  When Rosschelle “Shelley” Johnson Took over basically running the Vida apartments everything changed. She works tirelessly way many hours past closing. I’ve been there at 8 o’clock and she’s been there at 8 PM many times she’s quick to act immediately on anything that’s needed and is always been very friendly to me. I’m 85 years of age disabled and pays attention to anything and everything that I have to say it makes notes on it and has made my experience living here from literally hell when I first moved in that I’m thrilled to be here And know that somebody is really interested in the tenants and making people happy.   I had a great experience meeting our community’s new manager Shelly (Roschelle) Johnson for the first time to renew my annual lease agreement. Shelly was very helpful and supportive in the process as well as a true professional.
