- SRSanjay And RigbyFeb 10, 20185.0I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes in Escondido and have to say Woodlake has been the best experience with living in an apartment I've had. The managers are responsive friendly and available. The 2 times or so we've needed minor maintenance in the home they were out quickly and took care of us. The pool during the summer was a big hit with my little ones, and all of my neighbors have been very curtious and much more pleasant than past places I've lived. They definitely take the time to keep up on property up keep and it is very quiet but still family friendly. If I wasn't moving out of state due to the high cost of living in general in California i would stay here awhile. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment to live.
