  We went to apply we waited for over a week for manager to call us and tell us any updates she never called at all we even tried calling her and no answer at all for a few days she then finally picks up and tell us that we don’t qualify because we make too much she also lied to us stating that she did call us and left a voice mail but she did not she wasted our time we could of been applying at other places

  I do not live here but I have been waiting almost 3 weeks to receive a check back for a refund on a deposit I gave. They were quick with responding during the application process until it came to receiving my refund. Every time I call the office, nobody answers anymore. Maria does not respond to my emails either. Very unprofessional, it should not be this difficult to get my money back. I have sent 5 emails over the past 2 and a half weeks and have called multiple times a day with no response.

  Full of roaches. Live adjacent to property and have a large pest control bill as a result.

  Happy with Maria and Israel they are a Great management team. They are prompt to resolve any issues.
