  Kierra does an excellent job of managing the property. Balancing the needs of the residents with ownership. She is responsive, organic and fair.

  My husband and I lived here for nearly six years. During our time here, we experienced just about everything: a gas leak in the water heater a problem we had to pay SDGE to resolve ourselves because management never fixed it; damage to our car caused by branches from old trees that were never trimmed (one of which nearly fell on my head while I was out on the patio); and numerous other incidents that ruined the roof and caused it to crack open, leading to a severe water intrusion problem in the second bedroom. A neighbor's car was stolen, and just a few days later, someone broke into my car and stole my belongings; we requested that the parking area be secured, but they never took any action. There was human urine and feces in my parking space, which I had to clean up myself. People were frequently drinking alcohol in the parking lots (this complex has absolutely no security whatsoever). The worst part is the severe mold problem caused by all the water intrusion and the lack of ventilatio especially in the bathroom. Much of my clothing and shoes became covered in mold, and I had to throw them away. the day we decided to vacate the apartment, the manager treated us terribly; she failed to show up for the scheduled move-out inspections and charged us for two extra days of rent simply because she wasn't in the office when we went to give our notice. Furthermore, they deducted the cost of services they are supposed to cover themselves such as carpet cleaning directly from our security deposit. They withheld $1,200 from our deposit. I do not recommend this unit, as the only nice thing about it is the area, but it hides a host of endless problems.

  I’ve been at Village Park Apartments for a year now. I love everything about it. It has a nice pool and spa and a park like setting. The maintenance team has been great though I rarely need them. Kierra in the office is super helpful and kind. She was super helpful in showing me the apartment and helping set up my new lease.

  Management and maintenance have been awesome since they've been here. Kierra is an experienced manager and the upgrades in the property show it. Place is super chill. Family oriented. Thank you!

  Queremos agradecer a Kierra manager de los apartamento village park, una persona muy amable quien nos ayudo con todo el proceso de adquirir nuestro apartamento donde actualmente vivimos, mi esposo y yo te damos gracias kierra. ! El lugar donde vivimos es muy. Tranquilo y limpio y estamos conscientes que. Tambien depende del gerente y estas haciendo. Un buen trabajo,gracias KIERRA!
