  So many realtors to choose from….then there is Michelle Ozanne. A unique skill set of knowledge, compassion, negotiations and an “I got you” action. What a fireball! Michelle, gets deep into the process-from crawling under my stairs to fetch heavy boxes to sending door dash meals on stressful moving prep days, to staging, to making the deal happen. Look no further. Despite having other numerous clients, and listings happening at once, she demonstrates YOU are the most important client. She’s a fast talker, with wit and humor. Engage this midwest lady with a heart of a lion-she gets it done!

  We were referred to Michelle by a good friend who sold their home through her earlier in the year, she spoke so highly of her that we had to see what her and the premier exclusive program through Compass were all about. We were not disappointed!! Michelle sold our house in La Costa Oaks through the Premier Exclusive platform within weeks of listing it to agents, this was during the holiday season and a lull in the market by the way. Nothing was dropped and closing quickly went off without a hitch; which was super important since we wanted to close prior to the end of the year. Michelle went above and beyond to complete our sale and made it a priority to find us a condo to move into, whether that was renting or purchasing. She found us our condo (which was listed on Premier Exclusive as well, otherwise we wouldn’t have seen it) and helped negotiate a fair price and fast close. I am so appreciative of her expertise and contacts within the business since we were on a tight timeline for both the sale and purchase. She handled everything with ease and humor but most importantly, professionalism and attention to detail. We will definitely use Michelle again for any real estate deals in Sourthern CA.
