- JWJulie WeberMay 24, 20241.0I do not recommend this community. The new manager is a huge stickler, so she made it a very unpleasant place to live. The units themselves are SO old, but rent is so high (kitchen is TINY!). The laundry facilities are run down and hardly ever clean, as well as the hot tub which seemed to be out of order every other week. Parking lot needs to be upgraded. Neighbors were hardly friendly. Also, my bike got stolen here. Huge nope.

Here are my thoughts: Pros: - Great location - Quiet neighborhood - Ample parking - Large units - Maintained grounds - Easy to rent or bring your own washer/dryer - Large patio - Surrounded by nature Cons: - Units are a bit on the older side - Termites - Management isn’t the best at communication but when you escalate issues, they are willing to help.

Ingrid in the office is the best manager we have had to date and Peter, our maintenance tech is professional, kind and takes care of business.
