  I just want to take a moment to share how wonderful Keira and Jose are at Village Park Apartments. From day one, Keira has gone above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and supported. She’s responsive, professional, and always kind — no matter how busy she is, she handles every situation with patience and care. Jose is equally amazing — he’s reliable, friendly, and always quick to help with any maintenance issues. He takes pride in his work and makes sure everything is done right the first time. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s around to keep the community running smoothly. Having a great management team makes all the difference, and Keira and Jose truly make Village Park feel like home. I’m so grateful for all they do!

  I can't say enough great things about Kierra, our community manager at Village Park Apartments! She is truly a gem. Kierra is always on top of things—she follows up promptly, keeps the property spotless, and our landscaping has never looked better. Her attention to detail really shows. What stands out most is her kindness. She's always smiling and has a wonderful relationship with the kids in the community—they absolutely love her! Kierra handles every situation with professionalism, fairness, and grace. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the people who live here. Anytime I need something, she’s there without hesitation. Kierra is a huge part of what makes Village Park feel like home. We’re lucky to have her!

  Me and my wife just had another baby and of course Compa, I just came off tour. I really was hesitant to invest in living in Encinitas, the prices can be pricy here but Violetta made everything easy , the move in was easy like it was all a dream . My wife adores her, she's all business and can lock in a great deal for you and your family. I wil be using her services again when we move into a pre fab in a couple years ,!!!!

  Very noisey complex & safety issues. My boyfriend lives here & I have been staying over and even thinking of renting a one bedroom due to the close proximity to my office but changed my mind after leaving work early & going to the office 3 times to get pricing it was closed by 5pm. The walls are so thin you can hear everything toilets flush talking walking & tv. The police have been at the complex many times. One night were all on the patio & heard this girl screaming at the top of her lungs when several cops swarmed a apartment. Another time I was leaving my boyfriends at night and saw more police in the parking lot. The dumpsters are always over flowing with trash & furniture. I hope this place cleans up it has potential if people cared enough.

  I have lived here for over 6 years with my family and have enjoyed the staff and all the employees. Thank you for always doing your best work. Also, Ingrid has been very helpful, sweet and attentive, great job Ingrid.
