  We have dealt w much here after 2020. No maintenance and or ground care, all work orders , later, later. Plumbing we did our own, should not have to all! Yet we did. However, last month or so Keira Gilbert , actually listens and cares to make this community better. We understand takes time, yet, we are pleased to have a manager of property that actually cares! Thank you!

  I do not recommend this community. The new manager is a huge stickler, so she made it a very unpleasant place to live. The units themselves are SO old, but rent is so high (kitchen is TINY!). The laundry facilities are run down and hardly ever clean, as well as the hot tub which seemed to be out of order every other week. Parking lot needs to be upgraded. Neighbors were hardly friendly. Also, my bike got stolen here. Huge nope.

  Greatest place to live in Encinitas. You will love living here because Vicki Dikova, the Manager will take the best care of you. The apartment community is beautiful and always so clean. Highly recommended!!! Five Stars across the board!

  We have lived here since January 2014 and just renewed our lease for another year. We feel fortunate to live in such a family friendly community. Ingrid in the office is the best manager we have had to date and Peter, our maintenance tech is professional, kind and takes care of business.
