  Management and maintenance have been awesome since they've been here. Kierra is an experienced manager and the upgrades in the property show it. Place is super chill. Family oriented. Thank you!

El lugar donde vivimos es muy. Tranquilo y limpio y estamos conscientes que. Tambien depende del gerente y estas haciendo. Un buen trabajo,gracias KIERRA!

  Me and my wife just had another baby and of course Compa, I just came off tour. I really was hesitant to invest in living in Encinitas, the prices can be pricy here but Violetta made everything easy , the move in was easy like it was all a dream . My wife adores her, she's all business and can lock in a great deal for you and your family. I wil be using her services again when we move into a pre fab in a couple years ,!!!!
