  Michele is the best-it’s that plain and simple! Working with her was a dream. We sold a house, and turned around and bought a new house within two weeks of one another. Michelle handled both transactions. She completely supported us during a pretty stressful time. She works tirelessly, and her commitment to her clients, and her dedication to having as easy a transition as possible, is unrivaled. She is responsive, ethical, and quick to understand her client’s needs! She will also go above and beyond to meet those needs. For that, we will be eternally grateful! Michele is detail oriented and compassionate. Her stellar personality and great reputation in the industry, along with her wonderful relationships with other agents, absolutely facilitated the successful closings on both properties.   Michelle is one of the hardest working people I know! She is known as the Queen Bee for good reason. She goes above and beyond with every single client she works with, handling each one with white gloves. I stage many of her listings and I am constantly marveled at how she treats every single client the same - like they are her absolute VIP. She’s an expert in the local market, knows how to market homes perfectly, networks tirelessly and finds the perfect off market gems to meet her buyers’ needs and always negotiates expertly on behalf of each client, whether buyer or seller. She’s also a powerhouse within Compass, known and respected by so many nationwide which sets up a very successful recipe for connecting buyers and sellers everywhere.   My wife and I recently bought our second house through Compass Realty and our first in San Diego with Michelle Ozanne as our realtor. We were so lucky to have found her as she was an amazing fit for our house hunting needs. She brought a seasoned level of professionalism to help us navigate our journey. Since we were new to the area, it took us a while to decide what it was that we needed for our family. Michelle gave us room to make these decisions while also giving her honest opinion and never pressuring us to act in a way that we weren’t comfortable. She made the logistics of house hunting easy by making our schedule her schedule. We were only able to look during certain windows of time, and she ensured that we maximized our time together. If she wasn’t able to be there, she made sure that someone knowledgeable was with us every step of the way. Once we decided on a house, she absolutely made it happen! During a time when people are constantly having offers rejected, Michelle gave us the guidance and hustle to have our first offer accepted! She helped us put together an offer that was comfortable for us financially, acceptable to the sellers, and on a timeline that worked for all parties involved. She has shown to be incredibly generous, professional, and simply fun to work with. We got to spend time getting to know her and she became family to us in our new city. I would recommend her wholeheartedly, and we plan to work with her again as we grow in our new city. In the meantime, she is always welcome in our home.   I've worked with Michelle Ozanne as both a real estate photographer AND as a client. As a client, she helped us move EXTREMELY quickly to secure the house that we fell in love with. Somehow, she made our offer stand out above five others that were on the table. In selling our house, she hired the most amazing stagers who made it feel like it was the model home. It sold within a single weekend. As a photographer, I've worked with many realtors, and I can honestly say I can't name one who goes to greater lengths for her clients. The staging, the photography (me), the videos, etc. are all TOP top quality. And then there's the intangibles of just how confident she makes you feel and how EASY she makes the whole process. Before you even know it, your house is sold and she's literally at your house helping you pack. I simply can't recommend anyone more than I can the Queen Bee, Michelle Ozanne.
