  We just moved in and the place is wonderful. The building is beautiful and impressive and the apartments are spacious with beautiful appliances. The nicest part so far though is the incredible staff. They are responsive and efficient. I want to give a special shout out to Elizabeth in the office (she has the patience of a saint) and Thai who fixed our problems quickly, coming right up. He is incredible and adept at his job. The reviews that are negative were about Greystar the former management. They are gone and the folk who are here now are great!

  I didn’t end up moving here, but my touring experience with Elizabeth was excellent. I booked an appointment through their website, and she was right on time. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I needed. I originally planned to tour two units, but she showed me two additional ones that fit my preferences and budget. The building is new, so everything feels fresh and not yet crowded. With the current concessions they’re offering, it seems like a solid value for 2025.

  Everything in this review is my own opinion based on my experiences at Bayview apartments. William is extremely unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t respond when you greet him or look like he’s listening to what you are saying when you talk to him. He is not helpful at all. I am genuinely not sure how he could get a job that requires any amount of people skills whatsoever. In my opinion, wearing one AirPod all the time looks pretty goofy. Management, I believe Rae, is not any better either. They threatened us with extra charges if we didn’t move another tenants trash because they thought we put it there. They tried to bully us into paying extra fees. Ever since CIM took over Greystar quality of life has gone down in every way possible. Poorly run establishment. Don’t move here unless you hate yourself.

  I don’t normally post reviews but I had to since our experience with parking has been so bad. We *try* to use our car a couple times a week but about 30% of the time when we try to pull it out of the stacker, we can’t because it’s broken and stuck in the raised position. This has caused us to be late to important appointments. Now, if we have something scheduled that we need to drive to, we try to remove our car from the building 90 minutes in advance in case it’s stuck again. The building management will not refund our parking rent because the car was technically “parked” in its spot. Apparently they offer ride share reimbursement but did not tell us about it until over a month after we moved in. The only alternative to this frustration is to park on the street because the waitlist for a non-stacker spot is 40 cars long. I regularly see broken glass on the street where cars are parked near the building (including today, see attached pictures) and one time I saw a car that had been side-swiped. Something so simple is really ruining our experience. UPDATE: the management team replied to this review with a phone number to call to help resolve the issue. I called twice and left a voicemail. It’s been over a week and I still have not heard back. The stacker broke again a few days ago so now we’re just parking on the street…
