The nicest part so far though is the incredible staff. They are responsive and efficient. I want to give a special shout out to Elizabeth in the office (she has the patience of a saint) and Thai who fixed our problems quickly, coming right up. He is incredible and adept at his job. The reviews that are negative were about Greystar the former management. They are gone and the folk who are here now are great!

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I needed. I originally planned to tour two units, but she showed me two additional ones that fit my preferences and budget. The building is new, so everything feels fresh and not yet crowded. With the current concessions they’re offering, it seems like a solid value for 2025.
