  Laguna Creek Apartments is a nice, quiet place in a really good location. The community is clean, and the apartments feel comfortable and spacious. Alyssa in the office has been helpful and easy to talk to whenever I needed something. She works solo, but still stays respectful and does her best to help even when things get busy. You can tell she’s trying to keep things running smoothly. Overall, it’s a solid place to live.

  So today we went looking for apartments and we ended up stopping here. This wasn’t our first choice, but it is where we ended up and I could not be happier that we stopped in here prior to this we had really bad experiences at multiple other properties in Elk Grove. So right off the bat Alyssa has absolutely amazing customer service. She is unbelievably friendly and one of the most helpful people I have ever come across at an apartment complex, she walked us through everything from start to finish. She sat with us while we tried to get everything set up online and even though they did not have the apartment ready to view that we wanted to look at we asked if we could see a smaller unit just to get an idea of what the inside of a unit looked like which she gladly showed us. Now we were not ready to rent today just due to our circumstances which I will not go into, but we are definitely ready to rent in the near future and this is absolutely a place that I could see us calling home for many reasons but customer service is always at the top of the list. I think this property is beautifully kept. It’s in a fairly good location, centrally located for the most part. From the main entrance all the way to the back of the apartment complex everything is immaculate and all the residents that we saw all seemed very friendly. I do believe it could’ve used more parking, but that’s normally an issue at just about any apartment complex I would have to say the only downside is the extremely small patios and the fact that the patios on the first floor don’t have any walls they are just open, but that was explained as to why and it’s understandable as far as the leasing office goes you could not ask for anything better. It’s exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and you can tell that they put a lot of pride into their work. I loved the honesty that Alyssa gave in all of her answers. You could tell that she is a very genuine good-hearted human being, who takes pride in her work. I genuinely hope that we get approved to live here. I believe that I would be very happy to live at this complex. And if we are approved to live here obviously I will update my review and add photos.

  Alyssa (property manager)has failed to respond to my emails and calls regarding a security deposit they owe me since Jan 2026. Due to their bad faith retention I now have to file a small claims court case to receive my deposit in its entirety as they have now forfeited their right to keep any of it. ( California Civil Code §1950.5 ) I am hoping they see this since their other communication methods are clearly disrupted. I also tried contacting APM since legal processes include them as well.

  I’ve lived here a couple years now and it’s been a really great experience! The front office staff have always been friendly and helpful. I’ve also been very impressed with the maintenance team, recently RJ was able to completely fix a few issues I was having the same day I submitted the request.
