Resident parking is an issue that is often brought up in our conversations because some of the residents have multiple vehicles, vehicles they no longer drive and take up parking spots for the people living there that actively drive. Some residents refuse to park their cars straight and it affects other people. Why can't the residents be provided with the respect and accessibility to management that will help resolve the issues they're having instead of being ignored or mistreated? I've seen the groundskeeper spend more time walking his dogs than doing his job. And of course his two trucks have ideal parking. That's just wrong. Please hire people that want to make a difference for this active senior community. Provide contact information for residents to reach out to if the property manager isn't doing their job.
