  We moved into Laguna Creek Apartments on Friday, and so far the experience has been solid. The community itself feels calm and well-kept. The grounds are clean, the walkways are maintained, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and respectful. It doesn’t feel chaotic or overcrowded. You can tell there’s structure and consistency in how the property is run, and that makes settling in much easier, especially when you’re moving with family. As for Allyssa, she’s straightforward and professional. She communicates clearly, responds in a timely manner, and follows through. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t overpromise — she explains things as they are and handles issues step by step. That kind of honesty goes a long way. She treats residents with respect, and you can tell she takes her responsibility seriously. Overall, it feels like a well-managed community with leadership that keeps things organized and running the way they should.

  Alyssa (property manager)has failed to respond to my emails and calls regarding a security deposit they owe me since Jan 2026. Due to their bad faith retention I now have to file a small claims court case to receive my deposit in its entirety as they have now forfeited their right to keep any of it. ( California Civil Code §1950.5 ) I am hoping they see this since their other communication methods are clearly disrupted. I also tried contacting APM since legal processes include them as well.

  I’ve lived here a couple years now and it’s been a really great experience! The front office staff have always been friendly and helpful. I’ve also been very impressed with the maintenance team, recently RJ was able to completely fix a few issues I was having the same day I submitted the request.

  RJ helped us with a quick fix, but what really stood out was his kindness and courtesy throughout the entire process. He was easy to work with and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. I’m genuinely happy to see him step into the role left by Kyle and feel confident he can handle it well.

  The super attendant RJ was not only helpful in all of our request for the apartment but he made everything better than what we last had it. From the refrigerator to the dishwasher, garbage disposal & the electrical outlets this guy did it all in a timely matter. Happy to have people like him work for this apartment complex. Salute and God bless.
