In my 11 1/2 years of living there we had way to many managers, maintenance workers who ran the complex their way. So rules kept changing. Living through the renovation was HORRENDOUS. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. The rent has gone up 10% every year since the renovation in 2020. Lastly, the trash areas are disgusting. The people who live there don't even attempt to get their garbage in the trash bins.
