  I’ve had a really great experience with Olivia as our office manager. She is incredibly attentive, organized, and always willing to help in any way she can. What stands out most is how proactive she is she doesn’t just respond, she follows through and makes sure everything is fully resolved. During a difficult situation, Olivia supported us every step of the way. She kept us informed, checked in consistently, and made sure nothing was left unfinished. Her communication and dedication truly made a stressful time much easier to navigate. On top of that, she puts together amazing events that really bring the community together. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone.

  Anthony- the maintenance man really tries hard to get the problems resolved fast. Appliances are old and in need of replacing but that’s not his fault- he will fix what he can. He’s very respectful and polite and will explain what he’s done upon leaving and if a part is needed, he will let you know approximately the arrival date. Thank you!

  I really appreciate Anthony's help whenever I need a maintenance service. He gets it done quickly and efficiently. I also love Castellino laguna apts for the quiet and safe environment.

  I have lived at Laguna West for over 13 years. The current maintenance guy, Anthony, is the best we have ever had. I put in maintenance on a few repairs and he took care of them all within the very next day. Also, the assistant manager, Olivia Marques, is courteous and responsive to renters and their concerns. Overall, incredible customer service!

  Maintenance team is excellent. Namely, Anthony Garcia. He is very approachable and accessible. We have not had any problems with getting things fixed or replaced in a timely manner. We hardly ever have issues but when we do, we know the guy to get things done in excellence.
