  I want to share my positive experience with the new manager, Brandi. She has been instrumental in resolving complex maintenance issues and has demonstrated exceptional commitment by providing consistent follow-up. I particularly appreciate the additional time Brandi took to ensure that all matters were settled to my satisfaction. Based on this excellent service, I highly recommend Sterling Ranch.

  We recently moved back to Sterling Ranch after having lived here years ago (around 2007), and at first we noticed the community wasn’t being maintained the way it used to be. There had clearly been a decline in how things were being run, which was disappointing since we had such good memories of living here before. However, since Brandy came on as the new manager, things have been turning around in a really positive way. She has been doing an amazing job bringing life back into the community. The pool is heated now, the grounds are being cared for, kids plays area is getting attention and improvements. Brandi and her assistant Julia have also been creating a great sense of community by hosting events at the leasing office and doing thoughtful things like breakfast treats and goodie bags for residents. Those small touches really make a difference and show they care about the people who live here. It’s clear Brandi is working hard to bring Sterling Ranch back to its former glory, and we truly appreciate the effort she and Julia are putting in. Great leadership makes a big difference, and it shows.

  I am writing to share what an amazing experience I have had since moving into Sterling Ranch. My wife and I noticed some initial issues upon moving in, but Brandi was incredibly quick to get all of the items resolved. She was friendly and caring throughout the entire process, and her hard work ensured our apartment was ready for us. It is not often that you meet an apartment manager who truly cares about the residents and the community as she does. I would like to formally acknowledge Brandi for her dedication. I am proud to call Sterling Ranch my home.
