  The complex has no assigned parking for residents The only alternative is expensive garages for $150/month. Parking essentially works on a first come, first served basis, and the number of cars per household is not controlled some families park 4 cars each, making it extremely difficult to find a spot. The rule prohibiting parking in the same spot for more than 72 hours is not monitored by the office. Parking in front of the buildings is catastrophically limited, causing daily stress and inconvenience for residents. Leaving a car near your home is nearly impossible. I cannot recommend this complex if convenient and reliable parking is important to you.

  Final Update: Aug. 2025. I recently moved out of the LeSarra complex. The move out process was clear and receiving the return of my deposit funds was quick and fair. My experience at the development was very positive. Maintenance was great (thank you Henry) and front desk staff was very helpful (thank you Jamie). I always felt safe living there. I recommend LeSarra. Update: It’s been over two years since I moved into this complex. I am still very pleased with my experience here. The property is very well maintained, repair requests are completed quickly, and front office staff is kind and friendly. I recommend it if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to rent. Orig:I’ve lived here for a year and have had nothing but a positive experience. Justine and Victoria (front desk) are friendly and kind. Henry (maintenance) is also friendly and thorough. The property is clean and well maintained and I look forward to continuing my rental experience here.

  Lack of parking is an issue with this apartment, other then that it is the perfect place to live. We've never had an issue with either management or neighbors. Although it took a one star review for them to address the issue of people parking in places that are not appropriate nor safe for other motorists. I am hopeful that this issue will be resolved.
