  I was interested in renting here. I visited the place and it is beautiful. The apartment is super clean and reasonable rent. The manger and the maintenance guy that I encountered were friendly.

  Loved being able to tour this location! We were accommodated without an appointment. Extremely knowledgeable, pleasant & professional. Thank you Eva for a making it a comfortable experience in touring our future home!

  The 5-stars from this review go to Eva and Eva only. I was going through a headache of a process to get my deposit back due to the negligence of Terre's accounting department. They claim to have sent out my check via USPS but I never received it. Unfortunately, that led me to being upset which I directed those emotions towards Eva (which was not fair to her at all). However, Eva went above and beyond in resolving the situation, got a new check issued and overnighted to me. Even after everything she still was kind enough to follow up on whether or not I received the check in case she needed to get involved. Terre is lucky to have her. Thank you, Eva!
