I had a great experience working with Janessa at Terre at Bradley Apartments. From the beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure everything was handled smoothly, which really helped reduce the stress that usually comes with moving.
What stood out the most was her communication and attention to detail. She was always quick to follow up, kept me informed, and made sure I understood every step. It’s clear that she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work.
Overall, Janessa made the experience easy and positive, and I would definitely recommend working with her to anyone considering Terre at Bradley Apartments.

Moved out over a year ago. They claimed we didn’t pay utilities. Have proof, agency harasses us! Left letters for Janessa, call she Never answers or responded to our letter. This place is horrible. The living conditions were horrific. The fact that Janessa still works there is even crazier!

I had a very frustrating experience with this apartment during the application process. The website clearly stated that the unit would be available starting February 22, so I applied with a planned move-in date of February 25 and even gave notice to my current property manager based on that information. However, after I paid the application fee and deposit, I was informed that the unit was not actually ready and my move-in date was pushed to March 5.
This sudden change put me in a very difficult position, as I could not afford to pay rent at two places at the same time. Because of their delay, I had no choice but to cancel my plans to lease the apartment. To make matters worse, they then canceled my application and refused to return my deposit, even though the issue was entirely due to their incorrect availability information.
Overall, this experience showed a lack of transparency, poor management, and unfair handling of deposits. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before applying here.

I would not recommend this place. Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone because calls seem to go unanswered most of the time.
When I visited the location at 325 East Bradley Avenue, the staff member there was very rude and not helpful at all. She didn’t seem interested in helping customers and didn’t even smile once, which made the whole experience feel very unwelcoming.

I had reached out to this property over the phone & voicemail. They never returned my calls. It wasn’t until I emailed & my inquiry was returned.
I had to go in person because my email exchange did not have confirmation, regarding my issue of a returned deposit.
When I went in, there was maintenance staff just lounging around. I was met with Jannessa, who sat at her desk. I had to greet her and the maintenance staff who just stared at me. It was a rude & awkward interaction, it felt extremely unprofessional & unpleasant.
Not my happiest experience with Terre Properties.
