  I’ve lived at this location since 2019 and can say that since April and Oscar have stepped in as management, this community has gotten so much nicer and there are no more issues with neighbors and if there is an issue with my account, they are quick to ensure that accommodations are met to correct any inconveniences. I appreciate a team like theirs because most places I’ve rented at wouldn’t care to accommodate their residents after signing a lease, but not here! Thank you April and Oscar for your valued leadership and attention!

  I don't know why they charge utilities separately, it's too expensive. Renting a one bedroom apartment here with all the extras costs $2,200,so organal price$1600, if you decide to live in these apartments you should consider an extra $500, depending on the contract you make with the management, it's a possibility.

  These apartments charge a lot of extra money without any rent, on the first day they say that the water and sewer bill will be 100 or 150 dollars, but when you sign a contract you get 364 to 450 dollars for the water bill, this is really unfair. I am leaving these apartments for this reason. Also the maintenance and service for this apartment is very poor. They only care about money and have no regard for the customer. I will never recommend TERRE Apartments.

  Got my keys today! I had an amazing, positive and smooth process getting this apartment with April! I’m very satisfied!
