  I cannot express enough how truly grateful I am to have been able to work with Michael and his team in the selling of my Father's home it was a delicate time and a tough time to navigate all the while I was completely put at ease throughout the whole process. Michael is professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and competent. My home was located in a rural area and I was concerned it wouldn't sell fast. I was wrong to be so concerned I met with Michael and in less than 2 months my home was sold, and the process was complete without any issue. With greatest gratitude thank you Michael Robe & Associates for a stress-free experience!

  From the moment I first contacted Michael Robe and Associates I felt like I was their only customer. Communication was superb! They have that personal touch. I was looking to sell my house as is and looking for the highest bidder and by a certain date. They came to the rescue knowing just the right buyers to meet my needs and meet the needs of the area my house was located in. Thanks to their great negotiation skills, my house sold very fast and my price was met as well. I had never done this before and Michael Robe and Associates helped me every step of the way, not only educating me in everything, but handling it all-and I was out of state! Finally, they even have a "concierge service" (though I didn't need this service) to help a seller get set up in their new house! I can't recommend this realtor enough-thank you for all you did for me!

  When I first spoke to Michael I told him I wasn't in a position to buy a house and was just window shopping. After explaining my situation he Informed me that I was in a better position than I thought. He put me in touch with a loan agent and we got the ball rolling. He made the whole process a breeze. He held our hand from start to finish and made the whole experience enjoyable. He got us our dream home in record time and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We highly recommend Michael and his team!

  My family and I had the best experience in home buying thanks to Michael Robe and his amazing team. He took the stress out of the entire journey and his many years in the business makes him very knowledgeable of everything so none of our questions went unanswered. We gave him a list of wants and every house we toured checked every box. With us being first time home buyers, we felt very lucky to have found and closed on a home we toured on day 1. Just goes to show how great him and his team are! We couldn’t thank them enough.
