  I got a tour and the place was clean and well maintained. The property manager was super nice and knowledgeable.

  The 5-stars from this review go to Eva and Eva only. I was going through a headache of a process to get my deposit back due to the negligence of Terre's accounting department. They claim to have sent out my check via USPS but I never received it. Unfortunately, that led me to being upset which I directed those emotions towards Eva (which was not fair to her at all). However, Eva went above and beyond in resolving the situation, got a new check issued and overnighted to me. Even after everything she still was kind enough to follow up on whether or not I received the check in case she needed to get involved. Terre is lucky to have her. Thank you, Eva!

  My name is rose , I applied for this apartment back in OCTOBER before Halloween it’s now JANUARY I payed for the application fee for 2 people it was 300 plus and I have yet gotten a refund, every time I email the manger about it I get the same response of “let me check with the accountant to see” or “it says it’s been sent out just never cashed “ very frustrating going on month THREE with no refund at this point I just rather go to the office and ask for them to her sign a check because it shouldn’t take this long
