  The property manager Janessa and maintenance Sergio are doing an amazing job keeping up with the property. They are hardworking, attentive, and take great pride in making sure everything is clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly. Their dedication really shows and makes a big difference. Thank you both for all that you do!

  We’re looking for a place to move and saw Terre at Bradley. I’ve been trying to reach them for over a week to schedule a tour and ask a few questions, but nobody will return my calls. When you try to schedule a tour online, the scheduling calendar shows no tour dates or times available in the near future (checked all of January). It doesn’t look good when you can’t even reach someone to try to look at a unit and potentially move in. It really solidifies other reviews about not being able to reach management for maintenance, etc. Very unprofessional.

  Don’t even think about renting here. The prices are so high, they don’t even fix anything. The manger doesn’t do anything and she’s never in the office. She doesn’t return calls or emails either. I went the other day trying to ask her about something, and I saw her in her car. She was staring at me, not moving, she didn’t even put her window down to ask me a question. I ended up walking away for a minute so she wouldn’t see me, and as soon as I left her vision, she immediately got out of her car and went inside the office. I quickly followed behind so I can ask her my question, only to be greeted with attitude. She looks annoyed from the beginning. You’d think with all the money they milk from us residents they’d be able to fix the ugly laundromat. Half the washers and dryers are broken and full of roaches. 🤮 Don’t waste your time here.

  I was a resident at Terre @ Bradley aka Sunset Terrace and my experience was extremely disappointing. The community was infested with mice and rats — both inside units and throughout the property. Management refused to take proper action, claiming their pest control service could not access attics or small spaces to eliminate the infestation. It took two weeks just to repair a major leak, during which maintenance only nailed a piece of plastic to my ceiling to stop water from dripping into the living and dining area. After that, I had to live for over a month and a half staring at a 4’x4’ hole in my ceiling before it was finally patched, textured, and painted. The management team showed no empathy or accountability throughout the ordeal. The office was almost never open, and when staff were there, they would lock the doors and socialize inside, ignoring residents seeking help. The property itself feels unsafe — minors vandalize the grounds, there are frequent thefts and break-ins, trash is scattered everywhere, and even police helicopters circle the area due to nearby incidents. There have been reports of carjackings and shootings close by. Management (Stephanie and Janessa) seemed unqualified and unresponsive, with little concern for residents’ well-being or safety.

  First, red flag I should have ran when the property manager tried to charge extra deposit when she stated I only need to pay 500 due to my high credit score and when I went to discuss it another property manager was on site and she stated she would handle it. Property Manager 1 name start with Jan..se 2nd man Step . Second, is they charge high rent and all utilities, and renters insurance. The place is trashy all the time. Seems a bit ghetto that's why I moved out. Dumpsters over flow people throw the trash on the ground instead of inside. This kept me from inviting family and friends over because it was embarrassing. People let their dogs poop in front of your unit 🤢🤮, and no designated dog area. They poop everywhere and anywhere. The kids around destroy the property, the play ground is filthy including the pool area. They are scandalous with your deposit when you move out leaving the apartment spotless. The ignored phone calls and emails. It's been 2 months now and when I go inside it's there accountant have to check the system I've been 3 times giving up to weekor weeks for them to handle. It's so many issues within the unit and even neighbors would complain about multiple issues that rarely got taken care of, or they forgot to return and you have to remind over and over. THIRD, THE RENT INCREASE 200 DOLLARS YEARLY. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT. I SAY RUN. EXTRA FEES OUT OF NO WHERE. RUUUUN. To add shootings, police always there, kids running wild in the parking lot. A total freak accident waiting to happen. What looks good ain't always good. RENT SO HIGH THEY HAVE 8 TO 10 VACANCY IN A MONTH. PEOPLE STAY MOVING IN AND OUT WHEN I WAS THERE. STAYED 3 YEARS UNTIL HUBBY GOT CONTRACTED OUT. BEST THING THAT HAPPENED since I moved 2 months ago
