  The leasing office was so nice ( April and Oscar ) helped me with my apartment !! both are very kind and patient. I really Appreciate everything they did for me.

  As we're getting ready to move out, this review has been heavily on my mind. Between the constant door slams, loud neighbors, constant foot traffic, and BUGSLAND; my partner and I had enough. Honestly, we had enough from the first month we moved in. We were here for one year too long. Management says that after the first pest control, the roaches will clear in a total of 6 weeks. That. Never. Happened. Roaches never left, they were there and still are there. Regardless of the constant cleaning, bug sprays, traps, gels, etc. They NEVER left. But it doesn't stop there. Then you have the neighbor who feeds the street cats, I think I counted a total of 4 with ONE that lives by the school fence. If you aren't a fan of cats, I wouldn't recommend this place for you. If you don't like your sleep being disrupted by constant foot traffic, I also don't recommend it. We lived in the corner apartment that overlooked everything. My neighbor as chill as she was, ALWAYS had people coming in and out of her apartment ALL hours of the day AND night, random people constantly showing up (iykyk). As much as I wanted to complain, I kept it chill because no matter how much management claimed they take care of issues, I didn't see them do anything, besides TWO walks in 12 months. They claimed to have an inspection that required someone to stay home.. they never came, i missed a day of work to ensure i was home from 9-5. When we signed our lease, Oscar gave me a description of a car that claimed was security and would be doing drive bys to ensure safety. I never saw it. You have neighbors parking in spaces that aren't theirs. If you think your neighbors don't watch.. trust me, they do. There were time's that my partner and I would leave town and there would be cars parked in our spot. I wish I could say that my first apartment was sunshine and rainbows, but in reality it was the opposite. The trauma this apartment gave me, has me on edge every time I see a bug, has me questioning the intentions of men (did I mention my partner got followed home and my mom couldn't walk to her car without a group of men following her when she was VISITING? Oh yes, it happened). This apartment complex is not safe. If you do decide this place is for you, I truly hope you know what you're signing up for. I recommend a ring camera for your safety, just keep in mind that you'll be changing the batteries every 2 weeks (literally).
