  The property management staff is rarely available during posted office hours. They never ever answer the phone. They don’t return phone calls when we leave them a message. The two emails that we have been given are bogus, and all our messages come back. There is simply NO customer support. It is infuriating. I highly recommend you look at other housing options.

  I have been here for over 10 years and I love this place! Its location, privacy, and surrounding environment is wonderful. However. I am very displeased with the current office manager, Wallid. He never responds to voicemails. I don’t know if he ever listens to them. I have made in office face-to-face requests about one issue and each time he says he’ll get back to me. Each time he never does. He is not friendly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him smile. I had a request for Maintenance that he never passed on. As far as the Maintenance, they are great! When they DO receive a work order, they respond in a timely manner. Also, I, as with other residents, have received late notice texts from AI “Lily” stating our rent is late when we have paid it on time if not early. This has happened several times. We have to go into the office and learn that It takes a while to process our payment. I think they should process our payment before scaring us with a late notice text. Otherwise, I love it here. I’m just praying for an new Office staff manager.

  Unfortunately, safety and security are serious concerns at this property. My roommate’s car was recently stolen from the premises, and the current management showed little to no concern or support throughout the situation. It was extremely disappointing to see such a lack of empathy or urgency from those responsible for the community. Beyond that, the overall sense of security in the area feels lacking, and management doesn’t take proactive steps to make residents feel safe or heard. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel supported and secure, I’d recommend exploring other options.
