- KSKaren StewartAug 19, 20253.0I have been here for over 10 years and I love this place! Its location, privacy, and surrounding environment is wonderful. However. I am very displeased with the current office manager, Wallid. He never responds to voicemails. I don’t know if he ever listens to them. I have made in office face-to-face requests about one issue and each time he says he’ll get back to me. Each time he never does. He is not friendly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him smile. I had a request for Maintenance that he never passed on. As far as the Maintenance, they are great! When they DO receive a work order, they respond in a timely manner. Also, I, as with other residents, have received late notice texts from AI “Lily” stating our rent is late when we have paid it on time if not early. This has happened several times. We have to go into the office and learn that It takes a while to process our payment. I think they should process our payment before scaring us with a late notice text. Otherwise, I love it here. I’m just praying for an new Office staff manager.
- SASikandar AryaeiAug 5, 20255.0Came in a few days ago, office was clean and Mr Waleed was very welcoming. He was able to give me a tour on short notice. Very professional and was able to answer all my questions. The area was peaceful and quiet which is a plus as well.
