Example if the kitchen sink disposal machine is not working, it will take more than a week for the service staff to pay a visit. The actual fixing of the problem can take even more time. We have been eating outside food for more than a week as our kitchen sink is completely clogged. Even in the past the bathroomm basin was clogged and it took more than a week for someone to show up. We have been staying at this place for 4 years. Earlier the services were very prompt and we're addressed in 2 days. But since past one year the service has been pathetic. We will not stay here any longer after our lease expires and recommend the same to others.

- JMJennifer MAug 20, 20254.0We absolutely enjoy living here at Cotton Wood apartments. The location is ideal for commuting, nearby shopping, the dog park, and walking trails. There's abundance of trees and greenery that provides for a cool environment on a warm day, serenity and quiet. The neighbors were pretty respectful, quiet and clean. Office staff are friendly and always smiling. Suggestions to offer to the community. 1. A heating element to the artic pool ;) 2. A few EV charging systems on the property for tenant convenience. I also read some of the comments about maintenance and we did experience some of those frustrations in the beginning, but they have been resolved. Maintenance has been very respectful and responsive. My overall rating is a 4.5.
