  Very very bad service. I had placed a request on 03/18/2026 that our stove was not working. It has not been resolved till date.

  Streamlined Move-In & Great Area! * Positive experience with the move-in process at The Mews Apartments. * Especially impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the customer service team. * Jillian was extremely helpful and was able to show myself other floor plans her patience, knowledge, presence really SHOWCASED HER AND THE MEWS!   Scheduled an appointment with the property manager a week in advance for 4pm. I arrived at 3:40 and the office is closed.I took time out of my day and left work early. So unprofessional. Completely wasted my time.

  I don't think I've ever been exposed to worst customer service. I've probably called their office over a dozen times trying to get a tour of an apartment. Each time, it forwards me to a maintenance person who says that he'll take a message for the office and they'll call me back. They never do. I even drove from out of state to look at their apartments in person. No one was in the office and the maintenance person was completely unhelpful. I don't know how an apartment complex can stay in person when they refuse to talk to prospective tenants. I don't leave 1-star reviews for places very often, but this one was well earned.
