  We moved here in 2023 and have elected to do a yearly lease. This year we got a notice that are lease was set to expire in September but our lease isn’t up until November. The price they quoted in that notice was about 50.00 more than we are paying now so I called the office and told them that our lease was good until November she said she would just change the date. No problem however two days later there is another notice on our door saying our lease is set to expire on November with a the price of rent now 133.00 more than the first notice we received. Tried to contact them on Friday but no one was in the office when the clock in the window said they would be back at 1:15. My husband went down with both sets of papers and was told that that the first amount they put on the lease was an error and the new amount is correct. I believe they should honor the first amount quoted to us.

  Scheduled an appointment with the property manager a week in advance for 4pm. I arrived at 3:40 and the office is closed.I took time out of my day and left work early. So unprofessional. Completely wasted my time.

  I don't think I've ever been exposed to worst customer service. I've probably called their office over a dozen times trying to get a tour of an apartment. Each time, it forwards me to a maintenance person who says that he'll take a message for the office and they'll call me back. They never do. I even drove from out of state to look at their apartments in person. No one was in the office and the maintenance person was completely unhelpful. I don't know how an apartment complex can stay in person when they refuse to talk to prospective tenants. I don't leave 1-star reviews for places very often, but this one was well earned.
