  Randy did a 10 out of 10 job for fixing our closet. He went above and beyond, and went out of his way to fix the brackets.

  The complex itself is lovely, everyone in the leasing office is so kind and friendly, and Randy is great for repairs. 10/10 gonna renew my lease

  Randy has done an amazing job maintaining all of the appliances in our apartment. Every time we submit a work order, he responds quickly and handles the issue professionally and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure everything is working perfectly before leaving. He also takes the time to explain what was fixed and ensures the area is clean afterward.

  The maintenance guy, Randy, is always on top of things and does an excellent job taking any issues you might have seriously and fixing them promptly. An extremely hard worker at that. Seville at Mace Ranch Apartments are truly one of the best places I’ve rented from. They show they care about their residents with apartment community events, prize drawings, giveaways and other small acts. All of them together, Vickie (leasing office), Claudia (leasing office), Randy, and the landscaping team, make this an exceptional place to stay and live at. We really do appreciate them all and are confident in our decision to continue our lease at, Seville at Mace Ranch.
