  I've lived here since 2021 and its been a wonderful place. The apartments themselves are old but management and maintenance will happily replace nearly everything if you let them know (I've had an AC replaced, dishwasher replaced, carpets replaced). They have stayed generous with their ability to repair the apartments and are receptive to the needs of the residents. I am giving four stars instead of five due to the lack of security cameras and the increased level of theft. I'm not sure it is specific to this apartment or due to location. While living here, I have had my car broken into, mailbox tampered, bike stolen, and work bag stolen. Management has remained sympathetic to the events when informed, but I haven't noticed any changes that would minimize these events happening. I think investing in proper lighting and strategic cameras can help minimize this concern.

  I absolutely love living at The Grove. Having Westlake Plaza right next door is one of the most convenient things I could ever ask for. The bus lines that connect to all of Davis are close by, and the area itself is really peaceful which is great for students. There is also quick access to the freeway. The renovated apartments are a huge plus because everything feels modern, clean, and well maintained, which really makes the space feel warm and comfortable. The shared facilities are also great, especially the updated laundry rooms and outdoor areas that are always kept tidy. I appreciate that the apartments are pet friendly and that my partner and I have a nice patio to enjoy. I genuinely love this place and plan to stay here for as long as I can.

  I have lived at The Grove for over 2 years and have had a very pleasant experience. Jessica, the property manager, has always been quick to respond when I have emailed with questions or concerns. The maintenance man is very friendly, quick to fulfill maintenance orders, and keeps the property looking well kept. I don't know if I'm lucky, but I have also had good experiences with all of my surrounding neighbors. I highly recommend The Grove Apartments.

  We’ve lived at the Grove for close to four years and have had a great experience. The front desk staff, specifically Jessica has always been very helpful and quick with email responses and maintenance issues. Most payments can be completed on a tenant app as well as maintenance requests which is very helpful when we can’t get to the office. Our maintenance staff is top notch, always fixing things quickly and diligently. The environment is quiet, close to dining and markets, well kept and we have made many friends living at the Grove.

  I've only lived at the Grove for 6 months, but by far one of the best complexes in Davis. I've lived at multiple complexes in Davis. Let me say, Jessica (the landlord) is awesome. One of the best I've ever dealt with. She's very kind, and understanding. Some landlords I've dealt with are jerks! Not Jessica, shes great. Second, the maintenance guy is incredible he actually takes great care of the complex throughout. From the dumpsters, grill area, to laundry. It's always clean and well kept. I also like that on this side of town there aren't many homeless people walking throughout the complex. The complex feels like home, quiet and cozy. I would definitely recommend. No complaints here. ❤️
