  I've been here for some time and with many changes in their management. Old management would make me feel bad for needing any work done in my apartment. NOW, the new staff are so welcoming, nice, they hear you out and really try to fix whatever issues you have or address concerns. They do it so quickly as well, any issue they resolve within a day or 2 in most cases. Maintenance staff is on top of everything! If only the people living here were more respectful, they throw trash from their second floor, cigarette roaches everywhere in that backyard community spaces. Maintenance cleans very often, still I think this shouldn't even be an issue if people were much cleaner and respectful to the community.

  First, in the normal hours, no one is in the office!!! Me and my friends have been there few times, and there is no one in the office and no one answering the phone call. This is ridiculous. Second, my friends moving day is Sep 15th, and she scheduled a time to pick up the key at 10am, however no one is in the office at 10am and my friend got there around 12pm, they said the assigned unit is NOT ready!??!! I have never had this before when doing move in. The office people said they are still cleaning the room and ask my friend to wait till 4pm. However, at 4pm the office ppl still said the room is not ready? Me and my friend only book the u haul for the daytime. This is waste of money and how they manage the move in is ridiculous and not reasonable. I cannot believe they ask the cleaning to clean at the day my friends moving… really really bad experience, stay away from here!

  I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSILBLE!!!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! WORST PLACE IN DAVIS!!!!! QUALITY OF APARTMENTS DO NOT MATCH THE COST OF RENT AND ON TOP OF THAT MANGEMENT IS TERRIBLE AND WON'T HELP WITH ANYTHING
