Every time we submit a work order, he responds quickly and handles the issue professionally and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure everything is working perfectly before leaving. He also takes the time to explain what was fixed and ensures the area is clean afterward.

An extremely hard worker at that. Seville at Mace Ranch Apartments are truly one of the best places I’ve rented from. They show they care about their residents with apartment community events, prize drawings, giveaways and other small acts. All of them together, Vickie (leasing office), Claudia (leasing office), Randy, and the landscaping team, make this an exceptional place to stay and live at. We really do appreciate them all and are confident in our decision to continue our lease at, Seville at Mace Ranch.
