  The maintenance supervisor here has addressed all of my needs in the apartment promptly. Elmer is polite, educated and efficient. I can tell he has a lot of experience in his field of work and I appreciate him so much! The staff at the office are also very professional and helpful. Sarah handles all concerns in a timely manner and is always pleasant and respectful. Over all wonderful team here, I really enjoy my cozy apartment also. The kitchen is beautiful and having a bathtub slaps. I highly recommend this place for living, you won't be disappointed with the customer service and a pool that is always clean!

  I’ve had a very positive experience at Academy Lane, especially with the leasing office. Sarah was incredibly helpful during my lease take-over process, always responsive, patient, and professional. She made everything much easier and less stressful, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the leasing office has been great to work with and very supportive. It’s reassuring to live in a place where the staff is approachable and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend Academy Lane.

  Great place to live! The apartments are clean and comfortable, and Elmar is an excellent maintenance staff member. He is always responsive, professional, and fixes issues quickly. Really appreciate his help, he makes living here much easier! Highly recommended.
