  Amazing experience w Sandra! My family worked with Sandra in selling our home. My father became ill and required an extensive heart surgery and my mother has dementia and had to be placed in memory care. Needless to say this made this process very stressful given I live out of state and my sister lives in Los Angeles. Sandra was unbelievable in this whole process. She calm and visited both my mom and dad in the hospital and care center and gave cards and gifts. She did things that I truly believe no other realtor would do. She made us all feel so at ease her calming and professional demeanor. She helped us with literally everything. From finding an estate sale company, to finding a moving company and storage center. She came to the house multiple times when we couldn’t get there and things needed to be done. She staged the house beautifully. In the end, we received an excellent offer that easily matched if not exceeded our hopes. I would recommend Sandra Fortayon to anyone looking to sell their home! She was absolutely wonderful.
