Lived here for 2 years, management is terrible, Lampia specifically. They call the towing companies for no reason all the time. Plenty of parking but they charge $75 per extra. They do not negotiate rent and raise it every year regardless of the condition of the apartment. The apartments are in sub par condition and falling apart. Single paned windows, wavy floors, cracking walls, old kitchen. You should stay away from this place.

Just like the review below, I'm very disappointed with management. I only lived there for 2.5 months (as personal circumstances unfortunately led me to break my lease), and I was told I would receive my security deposit back in a timely manner, but did not receive it until just now, nearly 2 months later - of which I received only 1/8 of the deposit back, when I was informed only minimal charges would be deducted. That was not minimal. Also, I constantly heard dogs barking every day for hours. And the very few guest parking spaces were also always taken by residents. This complex is not worth the high cost.

I lived here from 2015-2019, and 2024-2025. I lived in the 2 bed 2 bath townhomes right up front, which tend to be the nicest of them all. The master bath is quite tight, but it’s still great having it in your room. Walking distance to downtown is the best you’ll find.

When I came to rent this horrible corner of Danville I was told that the $500 deposit is only deposit to move in. After 1 month they come into my apartment unannounced snooping my space for unreasonable cause. My dog was terrified I found out by the cameras inside my place. To not go in court with me all they did was make my rent month to month instead of following the contract. My bill always went up for water and garbage absolutely ridiculous. So now when I try to move they’re not giving me my deposit and also charging me another $500 for partial paint and cleaning. I paid professional cleaning and was provided the paid from maintenance to avoid this. I left the place spotless even Ricardo checked it and said I should be fine it looks good and they’re going to paint again anyways they said. Do not move in here it’s a total rip off to all tenants. This is unjustified and I will take it to court this is not right
