- ADAndrew DunckelNov 14, 20251.0Lived here for 2 years, management is terrible, Lampia specifically. They call the towing companies for no reason all the time. Plenty of parking but they charge $75 per extra. They do not negotiate rent and raise it every year regardless of the condition of the apartment. The apartments are in sub par condition and falling apart. Single paned windows, wavy floors, cracking walls, old kitchen. You should stay away from this place.
