Lived here for 2 years, management is terrible, Lampia specifically. They call the towing companies for no reason all the time. Plenty of parking but they charge $75 per extra. They do not negotiate rent and raise it every year regardless of the condition of the apartment. The apartments are in sub par condition and falling apart. Single paned windows, wavy floors, cracking walls, old kitchen. You should stay away from this place.

Just like the review below, I'm very disappointed with management. I only lived there for 2.5 months (as personal circumstances unfortunately led me to break my lease), and I was told I would receive my security deposit back in a timely manner, but did not receive it until just now, nearly 2 months later - of which I received only 1/8 of the deposit back, when I was informed only minimal charges would be deducted. That was not minimal. Also, I constantly heard dogs barking every day for hours. And the very few guest parking spaces were also always taken by residents. This complex is not worth the high cost.

I lived here from 2015-2019, and 2024-2025. I lived in the 2 bed 2 bath townhomes right up front, which tend to be the nicest of them all. The master bath is quite tight, but it’s still great having it in your room. Walking distance to downtown is the best you’ll find.

Have never been happier to move out of somewhere. Management is horrible and apartments do not justify the pricing. For starters, they took over one month after we moved out to return our deposit and when it was returned they took all of it for a “cleaning fee.” However, landlords are only supposed to charge that to return the apartment took its original condition. We left it significantly cleaner than we found it as when we moved in it was clearly not cleaned and was disgusting and dirty everywhere. While living there it was not great either. The apartments are not insulated at all meaning your electric bill will be upwards of 300$ monthly for a one bedroom. Also, there are little to no guest parking spaces and the few that are there are always occupied by residents which management did absolutely nothing about despite numerous complaints. The most they did was send an email. There are numerous other issues with management and the property but here are just a few. Trust the negative reviews, avoid this complex.
