  Victoria and Kristin are AMAZING! They both have been so extremely helpful with my move into Prado West Apartments and always take the time to answer ALL of my questions right away, both true professionals and I am so very appreciative.

  Beautiful building, great location and the residents are nice and polite but the management is honestly terrible. Emails are rarely answered, and when they are, the tone is rude and unhelpful. It’s really disappointing how little respect residents get here.

  I moved into the Prado West Apartments in November, 2021 and have been here ever since. The best way to sum up my experience is "delightful!" The location is second to none with access to beaches, restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops, cold plunge therapy, yoga6 (shoutout :)), etc...The staff at Prado has been immensely helpful since day 1. I sometimes think to myself I am a "difficult" resident because of the amount of special requests I have made, but the staff has always made me feel like a world class guest. I was on the elevator one day with an elderly resident and she expressed to me how anytime she needs help with ANYTHING she goes to the leasing office and they assist her. It actually made me a bit teary eyed. This precious lady clearly needed a LOT of help and the staff at Prado had gone above and beyond to assist her. That really moved me and speaks volumes about how the amazing staff at Prado West cares for their residents. 5/5 stars. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Shoutout to Veronica, Zoey, Kristin, Tim, Cheyenne, Noe, Ryan, and the entire staff and maintenance crew. Thank you for making my time here so enjoyable. I never want to leave!! :)

  I recently moved into this complex. The place is fantastic. I normally don't offer reviews; however my experience with the manager Deseraye was great. The quality of my home is like a condo and very large. Location is great and walkable to the beach and enough restaurants nearby that I am not even using my car....can't wait until they finish the final building and get some restaurants on the ground floor.
