  Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marea guest house. Had an amazing time. The apartment was very clean, well kept and very spacious. In room coffee choices as well. We opted to stay here instead of at disney hotel for our trip. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the cabanas featured a beatiful firepit. There was more than one pool to choose from and both areas were very clean and tidy. There was even a food truck parked out front on our last evening we took advantage of the great food. We definitely will stay again for our upcoming trip this summer, we can't wait!!

  My son and family moved in about 6 months ago and I spend allot of time at the complex babysitting my granddaughter. I am very impressed with the overall upkeep and amenities offered the residents. We enjoy the pool, courts and even a playground for small children. People are very nice and the apartments are spacious and well designed. It is a wonderful place to live and visit.

  Fernando from maintenance at Marea Apartments is truly exceptional. Not only does he do great work and handle maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, but he consistently goes above and beyond. He recently found my wallet in the parking lot and personally stopped by to return it. That level of honesty and integrity means a lot and makes it even more comforting to live here. Thank you, Fernando—we really appreciate you.

  Fernando from maintenance at Marea Apartments is amazing. He does great work and is always helpful, but what really stood out was his honesty—he found my wife’s wallet in the parking lot and returned it. It truly makes us feel safe and cared for living here. Thank you, Fernando. Also a shout out to Shenaye who is always helpful, friendly, and follows up. It’s a great location to live, but the people make it a wonderful place to call home.

  Living in Marea has been so incredible! We have been here a few months now and everything has been top notch. We really enjoy how nice the facilities & amenities are kept as we love to use the pools & gym, but you really can’t beat the 10 minute walk down the trail to the beach! This place is a gem. A very special mention to Shenaye who helped us sort everything out from the first day we walked in to our move in date - she guided us with extreme professionalism resulting in the smoothest move in possible & can’t thank her enough!
