  Randi and Briant were amazing helping us sell our house. Because of an underlying issue with our house (that we didn't know about) it could have been a VERY stresful selling process but turned out to be very manageable thanks to them. They walked us through the process and made us feel comfortable about all the steps we needed to take and what they would handle. This was our first time selling and we learned a few things about the importance of having a top notch realtor: - Pricing - to get the best offer, you need to price the house just right. - Momentum - Its important to get all the interested shoppers all lined up and interested - there is kind of a window when propertyies are new and exciting to the market, and if you don't get everything lined up right you can start to lose momentum Their expertise really shined when there is a problem to deal with. In our case, the problem was with an old home where inspections uncovered fairly serious issues that we had to deal with. - They kept going like energizer bunnies, kept the momentum going holding multiple additional open house events keeping interest high - Meanwhile they helped us through fixing our issues by helping us with vendor contacts and giving us advice on how to handle repairs Paperwork was easy, most everything done online until the end and they send a notary out to where you are for the final signature.
