I have very good experience.
It is a nice place, I have peace here
This place DOES NOT return calls texts or email requests. I've scheduled 2 different virtual tours that I've been ghosted on and Its clear the only response is going to be from "the owner" on the reviews that are being posted at least there's someone responding to something. lol...

The maintenance crew here at Serramonte Ridge is really amazing, they are extremely professional and kind. I got a response from Joe in less than 24 hours and the issue was fixed in a literal 5 minute job. Thank you all very much.

I really enjoyed living here during my first year, but my experience in the second year has been extremely disappointing. It feels like management has stopped caring about residents altogether.
Parking has become a major issue. By 4 PM, there is virtually no available parking, and many vehicles appear to be parked without permits. Meanwhile, residents are still required to pay for parking permits as part of their lease agreements. This lack of enforcement is both unfair and frustrating.
More concerning is a serious incident involving my assigned, paid parking space. Another individual parked in my reserved spot, and when confronted, they were intoxicated, attempted to hit me with their vehicle, and later continued to harass my roommate in the apartment gym. A police report was filed regarding this incident.
Despite repeated attempts over nearly two months to resolve this issue with management, including multiple emails and in-person visits, no meaningful action has been taken. Management has dismissed this as a personal issue, despite clear evidence of ongoing residential harassment and safety concerns. But instead they wanted us to start paying $250 for reserved parking, without doing anything about current issues.
Under tenant protection and landlord-tenant laws, residents are entitled to quiet enjoyment of their living space and reasonable protection from harassment and unsafe conditions. Management’s failure to address these issues, enforce parking policies, or respond in a timely and appropriate manner is unacceptable.
Everyone should have a basic level of safety, responsiveness, and accountability. I strongly urge management to take these concerns seriously and begin actively supporting their residents.
We toured this place about a month ago because I was hoping to move here since it’s close to my work. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The leasing office looked beautiful, but the residential buildings were a different story. The hallways smelled bad, and the elevator smelled awful.
The unit size didn’t bother me, but the floor plan was very difficult to work with. I’m not sure how someone would even arrange furniture in that layout.
On top of that, the pricing feels like a rip-off. There’s no street parking for a second car or for guests, and parking isn’t included in the rent—they charge $250 extra.
Overall, I would not recommend this place. I’m actually glad I toured it first because it was very disappointing.
