    During our emergency apartment search, we were about to choose until we saw Skyline Heights and gave it a shot. We were astound because everything we need is here (parking, laundry,secure,quiet, and fresh air). Our decision was easily made because we encountered Margaret, who is awesome, welcoming, and helpful. The paperwork was fast and moved in as well. We're happy and content with our new place. All of their staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Andre and Margaret. If we need something to look at, they're just a text away or request it at the app, and they will respond in a timely manner and have the work done. Thank you for being our Nirvana, and that's all we need in this crazy world.

    Staff are friendly however when there’s an issue it’s difficult to get it resolved. Also there’s a parking matter that occurred in Oct 2024 in which management stated we will get our parking prorated. There was construction on and off for ~2 months and I was still paying monthly parking despite not being able to park in my paid spot for 80% of the time since it was unmarked due to construction. Since it was unmarked others took the parking and I get off work late so I had to Find street parking and walk up the hill late night. After many attempts of them stating we will look into this matter this is still not resolved and my lease also as ended. Wish there’s better communication and follow up. Called many times to the office and they kept saying they will resolve it but never did. They will say to call them to resolve the issue but nothing will occur. You also get an automated AI (Emma) response when told to call them for any issues.

    Everyone at the leasing office were so helpful and made the application process so simple and quick for me and my roommates! They were quick with responses. This complex has been safe and clean!
