DON’T DO IT! ONE OF THE WORST + SHADIEST MANAGEMENT IVE EVER INTERACTED WITH. I’ve been contacting Serramonte Ridge since Dec 2025 about a vacant studio listing. They said to reach out closer to my move in date in March 2026, which I did. They knew my move in date, but kept changing the move in date availability around every time i would contact them for updates. Every time I reminded them of my move in date they would ghost me. The rental price then would increase minutes after i would leave a message or email them. They stopped answering my phone calls and stopped replying to my emails. (Previously they responded seconds after I emailed them.) I reached out again around when they said they would have more updates for end of March move in and they then changed the move in to mid April for the same vacant studio listing from Dec 2025! I gave up and found a BEAUTIFUL IN-LAW STUDIO with a garden+laundry for $500 less than Serramonte and it has no pet rental/deposit or extra fees for a crappy closet gym like Serramonte “offers”. LOOK FOR AN IN-LAW BEFORE EVER THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE.

A little after 1pm on Tuesday, 2/4 I heard water gushing down in the bathroom. It was coming from the apartment above. I immediately went to the management office. I was lucky to run into Joe from the maintenance team. I explained what was going on and he said he would be right up to my apartment. In less than 10 minutes, Joe arrived and assessed the issue. He went to the apartment above. It turns out they had an overflow issue which is what caused the water to spill into my bathroom….another member of the maintenance team was working on the overflow issue. The water did stop falling. Joe said he would be back after that was done. He came back to make sure nothing was leaking and fixed the light fixture because the water caused it come out of place. This was all done within a two hour timeframe. I truly appreciate Joe’s attentiveness and professionalism. He immediately took action and fixed the issue right away. I am glad he is part of the maintenance team. They always get the job done. Thank you Joe for all of your hard work !

My husband and I arrived on time for our scheduled tour, only to be told that the office was closed. The person in the office didn’t greet us, didn’t ask our names, and didn’t check the appointment — he just dismissed us.
This was extremely unprofessional. As new potential customers, we expected at least basic courtesy. Instead, we were treated like our time didn’t matter at all.
If this is how prospective residents are treated, I can’t imagine what the experience is like after moving in. Very disappointing.
