  Be careful with this Property Management.They charge a lot of fees. As a tenant, this is the worst property management. At first, I am very happy when we got approved to rent one of their properties but eventually became a nightmare to us. Just after one year of renting, they increased our rent to $400. And when the washer is not working, they charge me for more than $700 for the repair for just replacing the belt which is horrible. And what’s most awful thing is they charged us $1700 after the small fire incident happened in the kitchen and saying that the renter’s insurance doesn’t cover the chandelier and the cleaning fee. This management never gave me a happy feeling but anxiety. In addition to this, they don’t even response on your email concerning about these charges for clarification but they respond right away on this review. Even before, they’re avoiding your calls regarding on charges. It’s not that I don’t want to pay the fees and I am very willing to pay as long as they could at least respect you being a tenant to answer your concerns and questions but no approach at all.

  We have been property owners with PMI for over 10 years and are extremely happy with their management of our property. They are easy to reach, respond to tenants quickly, and keep our property in good, rentable shape. For that reason, our turn-over has been infrequent. We would highly recommend this management company to all property owners.
