  One lady, Maggie, who works at Shadow Oaks Apartments Homes happened to see a delivery driver simply drop a package unsecured at a central open area so she picked it up and pulled it into the office where it was secure. I was so relieved and happy she had done that! Thank you Maggie for extra care and initiative! I greatly appreciate it!

  I would recommend This place for couple of reasons 1) Management and maintenance team actually listen to you and solve the issue instead of giving you roundabout answers. Shout out to Amber, Ayshe, Nghi, Jason and Maggie. 2) Located in heart of Cupertino 3) Friendly community.

  Current resident of almost 3 months and this place is great. It started with a huge help from Ayshe holding an apartment for me and helping me get in. And it's continued with all the staff with which it seems are almost always here, either keeping the laundry rooms or sidewalks clean or even just stopping to say hello while you're walking your dog, they're all pleasant to be around Dogs: there's an amazing adopt a dog program that's offered as well as onsite dog waste cans when you need one. And the fellow dog owners are all great at working together to keep the dog peace if one is reactive to another while walking; we're also right up against a quiet neighhood for longer walks. A 5minute drive brings you to Saratoga Creek Park quiet enough for off leash activeties Noise: We're right by the interstate and I was surprised how quiet it is here, the highway wall keeps all the noise out and I only hear faint traffic on quiet days with the door open. and if you're concerned about neighbor noise you've got nothing to worry about; the most I hear is the kids outside playing for a few hours on the weekend (even though you'll see them outdoors everyday) Crime: None, on occasion a resident will leave a package outside for few days and there's no concern of it being taken. Half the time that I go on dog walks I don't even bother locking my door Landscape: Rose bushes, well maintained grass, and a plethora of large trees oaks, maples, birch, pine and some I don't know. The landscapers come on Friday mornings around 8-10 or so Washers: onsite and use an app, it even tells you if they're in use or not, as well as when your clothes finish, without the need to go check yourself Pool: I haven't used it but I see it getting cleaned each week and the fence has nice vines so it's got some privacy to it Parking: Everyone gets 1 assigned spot so you never have to worry about where to park or how far it will be. They offer additional parking for a price if you have a second vehicle
