I had a very uncourteous touring experience. Josh, the guy at the leasing office didn’t even ask me to come in and have a seat. He just straight away handed me the keys and said go have a look yourself. This alone would make me not lease the apartment no matter how the apartment actually is. Hope they train their staff to be more courteous of their future residents.
I’ve lived at Arioso apartments for over a year now and really recommend them. I care about natural sunlight and how responsible property management & maintenance teams are. My apartment is bright throughout the day and I know I will receive a reply from my property manager Josh within 12 hour of sending him an email. They always come fix whatever issue my unit has within a day or two. Shout out to Josh and Brett for always being so helpful

The apartment is spacious and reasonably priced. The agent is very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience.
I’d like to bring attention to a recurring noise issue that has been affecting the community. Each early morning — typically around 8 a.m. — a dog in the neighborhood begins barking loudly and persistently. The barking is deep and resonant, so it’s likely a larger dog. This has happened on multiple consecutive days, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and it significantly disrupts the peace, especially during weekend mornings when many residents sleep and hope for quiet time.
The barking is loud enough to be heard across much of the community (you could check around to see if that is true). While it’s hard to pinpoint the exact location, it seems to be coming from somewhere around Building 3, 4, 5, perhaps. It may be worth reminding the pet owner to better manage the situation, as it’s starting to impact the overall living experience here. I sincerely hope the property management team can look into this and help maintain a more peaceful environment for everyone. Thank you.

Very early this morning, around dawn, the dog barked again. It sounded like it might have come from the direction of Building 3, though I'm not completely certain.
I’ve really enjoyed my experience here so far, though I do think there’s some room for improvement. One example is the weekly leaf blower service provided by the third-party contractor. The current gas-powered equipment creates extremely loud noise and a strong gasoline smell, which many residents (myself included) find very unpleasant. Since a lot of people work from home or have night shifts, this can be particularly disruptive. It may be worth asking your contractor to switch to electric leaf blowers, which would keep noise at a more reasonable level and improve the overall environment for residents.
