Quiet workspaces are impossible to do any work in because people take extremely loud calls. There are phone booths to use for this and signage everywhere, but the staff does nothing do enforce this .

I rented out a meeting space for the day and listened to the toilets flush every few minutes as the ceiling was riddled with exposed pipes. It was nearly impossible to concentrate, beyond comical even. I can’t speak for every meeting room but I definitely won’t be wasting any more money, much less holding an important meeting here due to the constant plumbing noises.
