Been living here for almost a year. This is a sincere breakdown of my experience so far. Amenities and facilities: The complex is pretty old and it reflects in the unit appliances and public amenities. The sauna for example is not well taken care of and frequently out of service. There are constant maintenance projects happening around the complex like roof repairs etc. additionally, the structure and integrity of the place in general is very poor. The gym is small but it does the job, the machines do keep up and the place is never too full. The pool is occasionally cleaned although I would stay away from all jacuzzis since those are never clean. The common areas are fine, they are often clean and a nice space to enjoy. The tennis and pickleball courts are my favorite part of living here. The tennis courts are often full but it’s not hard to find a good time to play. Pickleball courts are rarely used. Although they could use some ocasional maintenance, they are usually in good condition. Living experience: I had heard many problems with flooding and insects but in my experience (I’m in the first floor) there has been no issue with flooding. I had an ant problem, they started showing up everywhere and I found a colony living in my WiFi router despite living in very clean conditions. Maintenance took a couple weeks but finally send pest control and that did the job, no more ants. I do occasionally get some insects and plenty of those big mosquitoes but that’s what you get for living in this lovely camp-like environment. It’s slightly inconvenient to not have in-unit laundry and the machines are frequently out of service and while the good ones are in use. I’ve had a few problems in my unit and they do attend my maintenance request within a few days. Community: The management and the community are really nice. Everyone is friendly and kind of minding their own business but willing to exchange a smile. The area around The Meadows is also very nice and peaceful. You can walk to the park, the mall is very close by and it’s overall a very quiet and pleasant community.

Jesse the leasing consultant at the meadows is amazing! He was so kind and accommodating and quick to answer any questions/concerns. He made the leasing process very easy and he went through everything with me in person on move in day to ensure it all went smoothly. He’s the best!

Terrible experience. The bathroom switch was not functioning properly, and the fan and lights could not be turned off. The fan has been running continuously and making noise all day, and the lights have remained on throughout the evening. As a result, the electricity bill will likely be higher this month. We reported the issue verbally, submitted multiple maintenance requests through the management app, and also went to the management office to file a service request in person. However, for more than four days, no one showed up or provided any indication of when the issue would be addressed.

So far, everything I’ve experienced living at the Meadows Apartments has been great. The facilities and grounds are very well kept and clean, and it’s very quiet at night. The move-in process was smooth, seamless, and stress-free. Jesse, Michael, and the rest of the leasing office staff were friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. I love having a clean 24-hour gym just minutes from my front door. Jogging around Fox Hills Park and the surrounding neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful. One of my favorite things about living here is the sound of the running creek throughout the complex—it’s incredibly calming. I’m looking forward to using the pool and tennis courts in the future. Glad I found this place!

Resident Services isn’t helpful at all. The only one that was actually able to help me was Rafael, and one other person who I don’t believe works here anymore. The rest of the ladies are very very rude. Every time you ask them something, it’s like you’re bothering them. It’s literally their job to service the residents and they make you feel like you’re disturbing them. It’s hard to get ahold of them or any specific person as well. They always say the person who can help with a specific thing “ just left for lunch” or “is out of the office today” or “will call you back” that never happens. They don’t pay attention to what you’re asking and they interrupt you when you’re telling them what you need then ask you what you need. It’s crazy! Maintenance requests on the site are pretty useless, half the time they don’t know why they are coming and the other half they show up unannounced, no appointment whatsoever. You have to call them to make sure they got up it request then make an appt yourself. It’s very frustrating. We pay so much to live here and expect to receive some type of decency, but don’t. I love living in the complex, but I wish Resident Services was nicer and more aware of their work and that Maintenance was more organized. I hope things change for the better or they’ll keep losing tenants as they have been the past year.
