  Literally a nightmare. Don't move here. Agreed with another comment that this is hands-down the most negligent unprofessional management company I've ever dealt with. My lease ended recently and despite multiple attempts trying to reach someone regarding the move out process, there has been zero communication. I'm still being charged with next month's rent even though I've already moved out! There is no property manager onsite so there is no live person to speak to about any concerns you may have. We've had issues with keys not working, package locker not opening, repair requests seemingly going unanswered because it takes them such a long time to address. The elevator kept breaking down for the longest time and residents had to rally to help a wheelchair bound tenant get around. Tenants have put signs up around the complex warning each other of mold, etc. It feels like we're left to fend for ourselves. It feels unkind. Please don't move here - it'll save you a lot of stress, worry, and disappointment.

  UPDATE: This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. The only way to get anyone’s attention is by editing my comments here. My online payment method is locked, and when I reached out to Maria, she just passed me off to Hasani — this so-called ‘building manager’ who has NEVER called, NEVER shown up, and who I’ve NEVER even met. Now I’m being slapped with a late fee because I can’t pay online? What kind of management is this?! It’s nonexistent. This is hands-down the most negligent, unprofessional operation I’ve ever dealt with. Do not move here! The second night I moved in my packages were all stolen and no management reached out to me! They kept saying this “building manager” will call me and share the surveillance video but no one called! It has been 6 months and never heard from no one. There’s no security or onsite management. Awful! Definitely will be moving out after my lease is up! Feel very unsafe and no one cares about the residents here

  DO NOT MOVE HERE, complete lack of service/attention from private investors :(. Maintenance requests fall on deaf ears, multiple requests from many residents asking that the company hire a building manager or provide an adequate access point for service have been ignored. Many papers have been posted around the building citing break-ins and illegality of not having an on-site manager for months. The previous building manager had to leave because the management company would not allow their sickly father to move into the on-site unit for caretaking. Many complexes literally around the block have similar fair pricing for better service, would leave if we were not still in our lease frame.

  I stayed here for two years. Under the new management the apartment has changed a lot, they renovated the new units, and it is in a great location. I never had any issues with anything, the new manager Luz is very friendly and makes sure residents feel good. One thing to note is that there is no central cooling and you will need an ac during summers.
