- JSJoanne SmithMar 10, 20235.0I am a newer resident at Valley of Enchantment Mobile Home Park. I love this park due to the helpful management team. They are professional and courteous. During the recent snow that inundated the San Bernardino Mountains, and I mean I have never experienced snow like this in Cali, and I have lived in this state most of my life. They were absolutely fabulous. They helped dig us out. They let us know when donated food items were dropped off. They helped us with calling for help with getting snow off our roof as it was bending into our ceiling. Then we had heavy snow break a pipe, and they were on it before I even realized it had happened. Thank you so much to Cherry, Shannon Miguel, and Chris. You are the best and deserve to be recognized for their service to the park patrons.
