- XWXimena WebbSep 22, 20251.0Again me… After my terrible experience with Isaac Sanchez, we were contacted by Daniel Ojeda, who began working with us and provided some options to my husband. He pulled my husband’s credit and has all of our documents. HOWEVER, HE TOO HAS SINCE DISAPPEARED WITHOUT FURTHER COMMUNICATION. I am truly concerned about the level of customer service and accountability within this company. Is this how Virtual Lending operates regularly? Who will be held accountable for the terrible customer service? Now they have our personal info and even a credit pull after we have specifically said we are taking care of it for the loan!! ***UPDATE*** After posting this review and getting the answer here by the company, Daniel reached back, apologized, and said his goal was to “turn it around”, referring to the review and mentioning he’s the owner of this brokerage, we scheduled a call to discuss the loan and he disappeared again, ghosting us and leaving us with 2 weeks to resolve our problem. IF YOU’RE SHOPPING AROUND AT THE FIRST SIGN OF LATE RESPONSES, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A CHANCE! If THE OWNER behaves like this, what can you expect from the other brokers???
