  Five stars all the way! I am super satisfied with Diana Cuevas. They made the whole mortgage process easy, and I am very happy with how fast everything moved.   Gwendolyn Wachowski (NMLS #2443595) at VirtuaLending made a complex process feel organized and manageable. She kept everything moving forward, addressed questions promptly, and handled each step with professionalism and confidence. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would gladly work with her again. We recently noticed a negative review submitted by Cindy Birk, a Realtor in Gainesville, FL, and we would like to clarify and respond to it. As the buyers in this transaction, we were fully aware of every step of the process and can confirm that the delay was entirely due to the HOA, not Virtual Lending. The HOA collected a high fee for the condo documents and then failed to deliver them on time, which directly delayed underwriting and closing. Virtual Lending completed all lender-side requirements promptly and had no control over the HOA’s timeline. To set the record straight: All requested documents were submitted on time. Underwriting conditions were addressed without delay. Virtual Lending did not hold up the closing. Once the HOA documents were received, the file moved forward, and the CTC was issued immediately. Based on our first-hand knowledge as the buyers, the lender acted professionally, communicated clearly, and fulfilled all responsibilities in a timely manner. The implication that Virtual Lending caused the delay is simply not accurate. We stand firmly behind Gwendolyn Wachowski and the Virtual Lending team, who handled this transaction with expertise and efficiency.

  I had an excellent experience working with Isaac and Jennifer at virtual lending on my DSCR loan. The closing was fast, the process was well organized, and communication was outstanding from start to finish.
