  Working with Scott and Luz from Virtual Lending was an incredible experience! They made the entire loan process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. From the very beginning, Scott was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every detail clearly. Luz was just as amazing—always responsive, organized, and quick to follow up on any questions I had. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track and closed right on time. Their teamwork, communication, and genuine care truly made a difference. I highly recommend Scott and Luz at Virtual Lending to anyone looking for a loan team that’s professional, reliable, and dedicated to helping their clients every step of the way. A true 5-star experience!

  Again me… After my terrible experience with Isaac Sanchez, we were contacted by Daniel Ojeda, who began working with us and provided some options to my husband. He pulled my husband’s credit and has all of our documents. HOWEVER, HE TOO HAS SINCE DISAPPEARED WITHOUT FURTHER COMMUNICATION. I am truly concerned about the level of customer service and accountability within this company. Is this how Virtual Lending operates regularly? Who will be held accountable for the terrible customer service? Now they have our personal info and even a credit pull after we have specifically said we are taking care of it for the loan!! ***UPDATE*** After posting this review and getting the answer here by the company, Daniel reached back, apologized, and said his goal was to “turn it around”, referring to the review and mentioning he’s the owner of this brokerage, we scheduled a call to discuss the loan and he disappeared again, ghosting us and leaving us with 2 weeks to resolve our problem. IF YOU’RE SHOPPING AROUND AT THE FIRST SIGN OF LATE RESPONSES, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A CHANCE! If THE OWNER behaves like this, what can you expect from the other brokers???

  I reached out to Virtual Lending feeling quite desperate, as my husband and I are dealing with a complex and peculiar situation regarding our house. I saw an ad on social media that practically said they were miracle workers and could help you even in the most difficult cases. I don’t remember exactly if the scheduling system assigned Isaac Sanchez or if I scheduled the call directly with him. Isaac sent an informative video before our scheduled call, and after watching it, I canceled the call since I knew we didn’t meet the requirements to obtain a loan. After I canceled the call and explained why, Isaac kept reaching out, insisting on a call and assuring me that he would be able to help us. During our conversation, I became quite emotional, explaining everything in detail and how disheartening it had been to talk to lender after lender, listening to how they couldn’t help us. Isaac provided two options that genuinely surprised me and brought me to tears. He committed to assisting us and was supposed to set up a call with my husband to explain the plan and start gathering the necessary documents and information. He even sent an email after our call with the highlights of our conversation and the written options. However, after nearly a month and over ten attempts to get him on the phone with my husband—through unanswered emails, texts, and calls from both my husband and me—he finally replied to an email stating that he was too busy to assist us. If he had communicated this earlier, I wouldn’t have been as upset; I’ve heard it so many times that I’m used to it. My frustration stems from the fact that we could have been exploring other options instead. He initially offered a solution but then neglected to respond, even after I explained that we were on the brink of losing our house. Think twice before working with Isaac. His lack of professionalism and commitment to truly helping his clients is concerning.

  I had a fantastic experience working with Ariadne as my mortgage lender! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her communication was absolutely amazing. She was always available via call or text and quick to respond to any questions I had. Truly did not think I could’ve gone through this process for the first time so smoothly — thank you, Ariadne!

  No la recomiendo que ya le gusta hacer perder tiempo al cliente principalmente la señora Idely Molina. La llaman y no contesta, es poco profesional y no la recomiendo.
