  Lived in a 3bd unit for 2 years, am genuinely sad to say goodbye! We would've definitely lived here for longer if we could've. Only moving out because myself and my housemates decided to live in different cities for work. Thank you alberto and andy for always being the best!!!

  I’m going on to living here for 6yrs . I have really enjoyed everything about this place from all staff here they really do everything possible to make sure people are satisfied with the service they all provide from management to maintenance Albert and Andy give it their all to do what they do here … I recommend this place 100 percent … also everything is close by from beach to restaurant to entertainment ect ect…

  we moved into the Seapoint villas in April 2024 and we absolutely love it here. The community is so safe. There’s so many places to walk nearby with your dogs. Andy, the maintenance guy is always super prompt to fix any problem and Albert is always quick to send you an email back if there’s an issue we don’t plan on leaving here anytime soon!

  My family and I have lived here for around 6 years and still love living in this awesome community. The few times we've had to call for a repair/service, they came within 24 hours and fixed it. Alberto the property manager and Andy the serviceman are super cool and ALWAYS and treat the tenants like family. They also come twice a year to test batteries in the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and put in new air conditioning filters! PS love the pool and hot tub!

  One star for this complex is generous. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It's horrible. It's loud as hell from the street traffic, college kids who party (can't wait for summer), there's no parking and it's very overpriced for what you get.
